  • Construct the 3-factor framework of Teamwork KSAs and developed questionnaires and hypothesis
  • Executed pilot tests with samples size of 22 subjects and 65 subjects. Revised questions according to advice from experts in the field of organizational psychology and Cronbach's α value
  • Calculated personal total correlation and L1 distance for detecting carelessly invalid responses and excluded outlier
  • Enhanced reliability to 0.677 by deleting questions that improve Cronbach's α in individual factor and the whole test
  • Examined discriminant validity through the KMO test (0.668) and Bartlett's Test with Approx. Chi-Square 1009.4 larger than critical value 528. Verified weak correlation (0.214) to the Social Desirability Scale
